Two former FCC chiefs say wait on DTV

In an op-ed, former FCC chairmen William Kennard and Michael Powell advise that the U.S. delay the scheduled move to all-digital TV broadcasting, because of problems with the converter-box coupon program designed to benefit analog-only homes. In addition, Kennard and Powell point out that the DTV switch will also require many to buy new antennas or relocate current antennas.
